| As a District 6 professional community, we all must continue to make our own wellness a priority, and encourage our colleagues to do so as well.
Our ability to effectively be responsive to student needs over time is largely dependent on our ability to maintain good personal physical and emotional health. Nutrition, exercise and maintaining a solid balance of our priorities in life certainly contribute to our effectiveness in the critical work we do together.
