In partnership with Ravinia Health, D6 is offering free COVID tests to all staff, students, and community members.
- A completed consent form is required, or the test will not be processed.
- Tests are available for pickup at all D6 schools during normal school hours.
- Tests must be returned to a building's dropbox. View the flyer below to view dropbox locations.
- Results are provided via email.
